Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Every piece ships from our studio where it is strung and checked by hand. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery to the U.S. takes 5–12 business days, tracked the whole way. U.S. shipping is always free.
Are the crystals real?
Yes — we use genuine natural crystals throughout. Natural stones vary slightly in tone and inclusions; that variation is the fingerprint of a real stone, not a flaw.
Can I return my bracelet if I change my mind?
Because each piece is made in small batches, all sales are final — except when the fault is ours. Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You never ship anything back.
Do crystals really work?
We’ll be straight with you: the meanings we describe come from crystal lore and long tradition, not science. We make jewelry that carries intention beautifully — what it means to you is yours.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes. Every order arrives gift-ready — no invoice inside, prices never included.
How do I choose between Luz and Sol?

My tracking hasn’t moved — help?
Tracking can pause during customs transit; that’s normal. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
