Every Luz & Sol piece ships from our studio, where each order is strung, checked and packed by hand.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery to the U.S.: 5–12 business days after dispatch, tracked door to door.
- Shipping cost: FREE standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Transit times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays; if your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we will make it right.
