Refund & Replacement Policy

Each Luz & Sol piece is made in small batches and checked by hand before it ships. Because of this, all sales are final except when the fault is ours.

We will replace or refund, free of charge, if:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken
• Your item is faulty
• You received the wrong item

Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never be asked to ship anything back.

What we cannot accept:

• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges
• Items damaged by wear, water exposure or alteration

If something feels wrong with your order, talk to us first — we are a small studio and we will always try to find a fair solution.
